This article gives you steps to creating or deleting an email account via your cPanel.

Creating an email account via cPanel

Step 1: Login to cPanel. Please see our article on logging into cPanel here.

Step 2: Click on Email Accounts.

Step 3: Click on Create.

Step 4: Fill in your account details and click on Create.

Voila! Well done on creating your new email address!

Deleting an existing email account via cPanel

Step 1: Click Manage on the relevant email address

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom on Delete Email Account 

Step 3: Click on Delete after you see the prompt saying "You're about to delete..."

Note: When you delete an email account, we will permanently delete all of the account data.
