How do I change the card that is linked to a Payfast subscription Print

If you pay for our services via a Payfast subscription and would like to update your card details, please follow the steps below. Also, well done for paying via a Payfast subscription—it's such a secure, hassle-free way to do so. 

 

Step 1: Log into your PayFast account (Go to https://my.payfast.io/login)

 

Step 2: Navigate to the Transactions tab (on the left pane) and click on "Subscriptions"

 

Step 3: Under the appropriate tab, find the Jesede subscription that you want to edit the card on. 

 

Step 4: Under "Actions" click on the "card" icon to edit the card.

 

Step 5: Select the card you would like to change the subscription to, or click on the "New Card" option to add a new card. If you add a new card, you will then need to repeat steps 2-4.

 

Step 6: Voila! Your new card is not registered. 

 

Note:

  • We do not store any of your card data.
  • When you change the card linked to the subscription, you will be redirected to the secure 3D page to verify your card with an R0 amount.
  • Payfast is trusted, secure and encrypted.
